How to read the Old-Bohairic text preoperly?

Most of us know how to read the Greco-Bohairic Coptic letters (because it has many rules)
How can I read the Old-Bohairic text preoperly?
Is there any rules for pronouncing the following letters (in Old Bohairic):
b g y t u v h

OK most of the words you included are originally Greek words
Still there is a lot coptic words some of them I know its correct pronounciation and some I don't
