according to the text you provided
ⲛⲧⲁⲟⲗϯ is not one word
ⲛⲧⲁ means for/to (to give reason)
ⲟⲗ means to Hold
ϯ according to the context it should means "you" (f.) but I am not sure if that is grammatically correct or not

‫‫ⲛⲧⲁⲟⲗϯ ⲛⲥϩ‬‬ⲓⲙⲓ would mean
To Hold you as Wife
