I would like to download this book to my computer, and not just read it online. Any ideas?

Most forginers used the V as pronunciation for B
like athanasios kersher
maybe because B is pronunced as F in sahidic ? or may be because it was pronounced V in Greek?
or maybe B was pronounced as something between W and B and for forginers they assumed its V

I share abo_dokhana's views. It seems that very many, if not most, of the books written by foreign Coptlogists assume "v" for b, and "th" for ;. I am not so impressed I have to say...
