I don't know what converters are but I can translate the sentences for you
1.ογ-τοογ Εϥ-ϫοcΕ
  a-mountain (he)-high (circumstantial)

2.M-MAθHTHC ΕT-COTΠ NTE-Π-ϫOΕIC
(the pl. ?)-apostles which-chosen of-the-lord
[the chosen apostles of the lord]

3.OY-ΡΡO Εϥ-ϩOOY
a-kind (he)-evil (circumstantial)

4.Π-ϣH-N ET-NANOY-ϥ
I am not sure about this one, sorry my Sahidic is not that good

The fourth one is:
The tree that is good.
"The good tree"

shen = tree
nanoy = to be good
