Dear All Copts.

I am delighted to announce the release of the most advanced coptic writing software to date for iPhone and iPad.

It is extremely important that we get a very large number to like the Facebook page and download the App and rate it. Its Free.

This in order to convince Apple to support unicode characters for the Coptic Language so others can easily communicate using coptic in Apps like Facebook, etc... without using my font. (Please understand this is a big limitation that we are hoping Apple will resolve some day)

download it here on as many iOS devices that you may have and please rate the app.

we need your support on this.

After a long and an extended review by Apple, they have finally allowed it to be in the App Store knowing I had reversed engineered / recreated a replica of one of their core apps.

Coptic Notes is a simple yet elegant mobile app for the iPhone and iPad. The app allows you to create notes written in the coptic language you can use of the different variations of Jinkims. The coptic text can then be sent via an Email, Facebook or Twitter...

I believe There are few copts out there that still do speak coptic and it is still being taught in different places around the world however as of right now there is no easy way to communicate digitally online using the coptic language.

The Coptic unicode characters are not currently fully supported in iOS (I hope this will be possible in the future) therefore if you are inside any other app such as Facebook or Twitter, etc. you will not be able to read the coptic text that was sent earlier using Coptic Notes. You will need to download any coptic unicode font on your PC to be able to read the coptic text that was sent via the Coptic Notes.

I have created a new unicode coptic font called Jinkim.ttf based on CS Avva Shenouda.ttf, you may be able to download this font from these websites www.copticnotes.com or www.nettrinity.com.au

My job is done for now :)

Thanks,

Wael
