How to read the Old-Bohairic text preoperly?

Most of us know how to read the Greco-Bohairic Coptic letters (because it has many rules)
How can I read the Old-Bohairic text preoperly?
Is there any rules for pronouncing the following letters (in Old Bohairic):
b g y t u v h

سلام
قمت بجمع الكلمات التى تحتوى على الحروف مزدوجة الصوت
وابحث عمن يعرف النطق القديم جيداً حتى يكتب لنا النطق الصحيح
والكلمات موجودة فى 6 رسائل فى مجموعة الرمنكامى

OK most of the words you included are originally Greek words
Still there is a lot coptic words some of them I know its correct pronounciation and some I don't

made me take it seriously to start a Dictionary Project.
OK I will continue posting in the topic http://kame.danacbe.com/index.php?topic=19.0  to add my ideas and allow you (all of you) add your suggestions before we begin the actual work   :P
