I also have a Mac, and the fonts do not work (they look like lined up squares). The article you included is in Arabic, which might take me an eternity to read and understand, is there anyway you can repost the information in English? I tried translating the page with Google Chrome, but it didn't make much sense.

I am sure google translate would do a terrible job, the article is written in a very egyptian arabic [ our slang dialect ]
