to know the difference between Ⲙⲁⲫⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ and ⲁⲣⲓⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ
lets first split each one and give its literal meaning
Ⲙⲁ ⲫ ⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ -> Give the light (order)
i think its use is rare, I only saw it once :
ⲙⲁⲫⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ˋⲛⲛⲁⲃⲁⲗ Give light to my eyes [so that they can see]
ⲁⲣⲓ ⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ -> make light (order), that is more common and means to light up
ⲉⲩⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲙⲫⲣⲏ they are making light like the sun ينيرون

is the difference clear?
