I got them to work on both Linux and Windows.

If you use Windows, install the Mozilla Firefox browser, from http://www.mozilla.com/
Mozilla picks the characters from all available fonts, so you can view Webpages if they are written in Unicode Coptic.

These are not Unicode fonts. It would be important to find what the distribution license of these fonts are so that a project can be setup to convert them to Unicode.
