ⲁⲡⲁ ⲁⲛⲟⲩⲃ is the name of the Coptic martyr ⲁⲡⲁ is a title it is not part of his name. ⲁⲛⲟⲩⲃ is related to Anubis, it has nothing to do with gold.
According to Peust, Die Toponyme vorarabischen Ursprungs im modernen Agypten ⲡⲛⲟⲩⲃ (Gottingen 2010) ISSN 1867-9455 is from pr-nbw 'Goldhaus; Schatzus' (gold house; treasure house)
