I am not sure how new are you to Coptic so here is few notes that might be of interest/help to you
* Coptic has different dialects, most common and Bohairic (used by Church) and Sahidic (used often by scholars who study Egyptology)* Bohairic's pronunciation has been altered in the 18th century to sound more western so in your search you need to decide if you want to teach the altered pronunciation or the authentic one.
